Mark-it smart, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time Account and Logistics Coordinator to add to our team. The person we seek will work cooperatively with an outside sales representative and other members of the team, have a solution focused mentality and be extremely organized and highly efficient, with the ability to handle many projects in various stages at one time.

Responsibilities

· Work in a team environment to help Support Sales Rep(s) and manage assigned accounts with the ability to take direction from multiple people

· Key Responsibility: Build and Prepare proposals and PowerPoint presentations.

· Qualify new potential clients and help grow existing account base

· Source product from vendors and present new and creative ideas to clients

· Order / Deal management: including presenting via email to clients, purchasing product, executing the deal, constant follow up, logistics and delivery follow thru.

· Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed

· Responsible for handling any sample requests that may arise for assigned accounts. From locating/gathering the product to carefully packaging and shipping it to the proper destination.

· Constant communication with the team to ensure we are offering the best service possible

· Educating and continuing to educate on the business, freight and best practices, as well as using the best vendors based on each order and situation, are essential for this position as we need to stay competitive in our industry.

· Special projects, as assigned

Job Qualifications

· This role is heavy on building PowerPoint presentations, candidate must have PowerPoint experience and be efficient

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment under limited supervision

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

· Candidate must have extensive knowledge of PowerPoint

· Candidate should be extremely organized, detail-oriented and possess an ability to learn quickly, multi-task and know how to prioritize duties to meet requests and deadlines

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Exposure to the Gaming or Promotional Products Industry is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
